Shipping, Refunds & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

At Sophie Pitman Studio, we aim to get your order to you safely and quickly. Please read our shipping guidelines below.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom & Channel Islands only. If you would like shipping overseas please email us at sophiepitmanstudio@hotmail.com for a quote.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom commissions may take longer; estimated delivery times will be provided and agreed at the time of order.

  • Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of any apparel. 

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard shipping is via Royal Mail or a trusted courier service.

  • There is free standard shipping within the UK. 

  • Please note: the cost of returning items is also the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

Delivery Time

  • Standard UK delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


At Sophie Pitman Studio, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read our returns and refund policy below.


Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition they were received.

  • To return an item, please contact us at sophiepitmanstudio@hotmail.com to arrange a return.

  • The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable:

  • Commissions and bespoke orders – as these are custom creations, they cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Deposits – any deposits paid for commissions or custom work are non-refundable.

Faulty/Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to locate it. Replacement or refund options will be offered if the courier confirms the loss.

Please Note that we annually close for 2 weeks over the Christmas Period.from the 19th December to the 2nd of January and that no orders will be shipped during this period.
